Charges Against Baerbock As Self-defense

While former German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock has just been elected President of the UN General Assembly during its 80th session, German state media remain silent on one of the most serious scandals of her time in office: the mass abuse of the admission program for “grievously endangered” Afghans.

Thus, we feel compelled to take action ourselves. By pressing charges against Baerbock and her accomplices, we want to lift the lid off this scandal—even internationally!—and, above all, uncover the disastrous conditions prevailing in Germany and who this state wants to send to a top UN office in New York.

Find out why we are doing this and what we hope to achieve below.

Abuse of Power Exposed

Reports by SPIEGEL on May 27, 2025, and CICERO on March 3, 2023, have revealed a shocking state of affairs: promises of admission for suspected Islamist radicals, visas issued despite obviously falsified documents, the deliberate ignoring of warnings by security services—and a German Foreign Office that explicitly called for visas to be issued “as generously as possible.”

A critical review by the media? Demissions or legal consequences? Not a chance. In Germany, no established politician has to answer for obvious failures. And while the scandal continues to be hushed up, Baerbock is ready to take up one of the highest offices in the United Nations in September—at the expense of the German taxpayer, because it will not be the UN that pays her salary and accommodation, but the Federal Republic of Germany. We stand against this!

Criminal Charges as Political Signal

We have filed criminal charges against Annalena Baerbock and other responsible people in the German Foreign Office and in the NGOs involved, including “Kabul Luftbrücke” (“Kabul Airlift”), “Pro Asyl,” and others. The charges include:

  • Aiding and abetting unauthorized entry
  • Obstruction of justice
  • Constructive false certification
  • Embezzlement

These charges are based on the aforementioned research, diplomatic documents from Islamabad, and recorded statements by former NGO employees. They have been filed with the Berlin district attorney's office.

The complete complaint can be viewed here.

The Cases: Abuse, Fraud, Endangerment

The examples uncovered show a combination of abuse of power, naivety, and criminal energy—with massive repercussions for Germany's domestic security:

Forgery family-sized: A group of ten people submitted 21 forged Afghan IDs to the German embassy in Islamabad. The alleged family ties to an Afghan local agent could not be proven, and the people in question had been living in Pakistan for years—despite this, the admission process was not stopped. According to the applicants, two NGOs had provided the forgeries.

Systematic fake refugee stories: In one case, an allegedly gay Afghan man had demonstrably been living in Dubai in 2021—yet his file stated that he had been tortured by the Taliban in Afghanistan at that time. An NGO employee had suggested simply “adjusting” the information—including a “role swap” with a friend—to save the visa claim.

Identity chaos at the behest of NGOs: Another admission applicant didn't even know which legend had been prepared for him. He asked via chat, “What does my file say—am I trans or gay?” Two minutes later, he received a PDF file with his new identity.

Radical Islamist networks on admission lists: According to diplomatic reports, the admission lists contained around 900 people with a radical Islamist background, including Sharia judges, Taliban conduits, and even people with ISIS links. Many of those names came directly from German NGOs—or were brought up by federal lawmakers.

Seven-year-old girl with three children: In another recorded case, a seven-year-old was admitted who, according to her file, was supposed to already have three children. Despite this obvious nonsense, no one intervened.

Why do we step in?

While a failed minister with a meager record moves up to the highest UN office, state media cover up the obviously criminal machinations in migration policy. The admission program for Afghans is exemplary for what is going wrong in Germany: Constitutional standards only apply if they fit into the establishment's ideological frame.

State media, required by law to serve a control function against the government, is ignoring this scandal completely. This raises questions:

Is there a deliberate cover-up going on because green policies must not be critically scrutinized?

Who is responsible for this complete failure of state media?

We see these charges as an act of self-defense. They are a means of creating publicity, recording political failure, and holding those responsible to account. Even though our belief in the independence of the judiciary is limited, we are doing what we can—because no one else will.
